Job summary

Adidas in Indianapolis, IN seeks a DC Network Administrator to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the NAM Operations leadership and the DC network. The role spans scheduling, travel, expense management, and cross-location communication.

You will help standardize processes, support network-wide programs, and contribute to a culture of collaboration across multiple distribution centers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (Associates or Bachelors) or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in project management and administrative support.
• Advanced proficiency in English for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Supply Chain NAM Operations and senior leaders.
• Coordinate on-site events, leadership visits, and employee engagement activities.
• Schedule meetings, travel, agendas, presentations, and meeting notes; track action items.
