adidas in Indianapolis is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume Distribution Centre. You will coach and develop associates, drive safety, quality, attendance, and cost targets, and partner with HR and inbound/outbound teams to meet daily goals.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop associates.
• Proven track record delivering productivity and quality targets.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting using SAP/Excel/WMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Operations associates to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain timekeeping, labour management, and WMS knowledge.
• Report on operations metrics for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Foster a positive team environment encouraging feedback and process improvements.
• Monitor attendance and deliver performance feedback as required.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed and incidents reported.
• Collaborate with HR and inbound/outbound teams to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
