Job summary

Adidas in Indianapolis, IN seeks a DC Network Administrator to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the NAM Operations leadership and the DC network. The role spans scheduling, travel, expense management, and cross-location communication.

Qualifications

Job description

Purpose

The DC Network Administrator provides high-level administrative, communication, and project coordination support to the VP Supply Chain NAM Operations, and the North America Distribution Center network. This role serves as a central point of coordination across locations, enabling effective communication, leadership engagement, and execution of network-wide initiatives. Through strong organization, stakeholder management, and operational support, the role helps drive consistency, collaboration, and culture across the DC network.

The DC Network Administrator will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining meeting calendars, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense management, screening and/or addressing direct incoming communications. This support can extend to the NAM SCM senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Supply Chain NAM Operations and other senior leaders as assigned.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site events such as leadership visits, recognition events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel, develop agendas, presentations, and meeting notes, track action items, facilitate follow-up, and coordinate DC Network leadership priorities.
  • Maintain key documents and trackers related to site initiatives, compliance, or KPIs.
  • Provide project coordination support across multiple distribution centers for network-wide initiatives.
  • Assist in the development, communication, and tracking of network-wide programs, highlights, process rollouts, or training materials.
  • Lead and support SCM and DC Network culture programs, including MVP and other recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, recognition, connection, and consistency across locations.
  • Contribute to and support network communication efforts by gathering DC Network topics, updates, and input for leadership events and forums such as the Pep Talk.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-site communication and logistics for special initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline communication and improve administrative workflows across the network.
  • Ability to synthesize information from a variety of stakeholders into impactful presentations, communications, and storytelling that drive alignment, engagement, and understanding across the DC network.
  • Assist with special projects (I.e. Olympics/World Cup ticket management, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • College degree preferred (Associates or Bachelor's) but equivalent combination of education and/or experience is also acceptable
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a project management and administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend information effectively to perform the essential functions of the role.

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Indianapolis, IN.
