Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Executive Leadership Team, aligning priorities and accelerating execution across the enterprise. You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage executive operating rhythms, prepare leadership forums, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact programs while operating with influence rather than direct authority.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Background in product, engineering, or corporate innovation functions.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and complex projects.
• Ability to lead from behind the scenes and finish initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize information.
• High EQ, integrity, discretion, and trusted relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, tech organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Candidates in New York or Arkansas a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning processes for the ELT in alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, track actions, and ensure timely execution.
• Act as a central coordination point across multiple initiatives for alignment.
• Support org-wide cadences such as all-hands, forums, and QBRs.
• Manage information flow; keep the ELT informed and focused on high-impact work.
• Interface with senior leaders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Help drive change management and organizational effectiveness across teams.
• Represent the ELT in key forums when needed.
