Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Chief of Staff for Enterprise Initiatives to partner with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to prioritize, sequence, and communicate strategic initiatives across the firm.

This role translates strategy into disciplined execution, maintains visibility into dependencies and risks, and drives enterprise-wide alignment and transparency. The position requires executive-level collaboration, change readiness, and a proven track record in managing complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief of staff, program management, transformation, or enterprise initiatives supporting strategic initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise-wide view of strategic and material initiatives for leadership visibility.
• Identify interdependencies, sequencing and capacity constraints affecting execution.
• Enable enterprise prioritization aligned to Thrive objectives and firm strategy.
• Surface risks and provide proactive insights to senior leadership.
• Drive leadership attention toward the work with greatest enterprise impact.
• Define and monitor KPIs with the CEO to assess initiative effectiveness.
