Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution across multiple programs. You will partner with function leaders, regions, and the leadership network to ensure prioritized, value-driven execution and proactive client conversations.

This role reports to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader and focuses on aligning strategy with growth plans and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function(s) strategy with leaders and networks.
• Collaborate with leadership for strategic planning and insights.
• Provide guidance on management information and performance analysis.
• Articulate leadership model to activate strategy and client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to grow pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop activation campaigns and strategic events.
• Maintain relationships with regions to shape meeting agendas.
• Apply operational change strategies to projects and processes.
• Evaluate resource needs and budgets against strategy.
• Drive profitable growth and lead high-performing teams.
