Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver Clients & Industries strategy execution initiatives in the United States. You will partner with function leaders and regional stakeholders to align programs, manage communications, and oversee strategic planning, resourcing, and cost management.

This role reports to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader. With 12+ years of relevant experience, you will influence leadership, drive priority outcomes, and shape the program’s strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy alongside the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding Clients & Industries management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function(s) leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying Clients & Industries initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program/function leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
