Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in strategic leadership, enterprise program governance, or executive advisory roles within software or cybersecurity organizations.
• 5+ years of Customer Delivery & Process Integration experience
• Proven success enabling and governing complex, cross-functional initiatives in post-sales or services environments
• Deep familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-native security platforms, familiarity in industry leading data platforms is required
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and challenge P&L, utilization, and margin data

Responsibilities

• Vision-to-Action Orchestration - Translate high-level roadmaps into coordinated, cross-team execution plans with clear ownership and success criteria.
• Strategic Prioritization & Governance - Facilitate prioritization decisions, arbitrate trade-offs, and ensure initiatives are sponsored, staffed, and tracked.
• AI Readiness & Methodology Enablement - Lead AI-augmented delivery transformation and align stakeholders.
• Change Management Oversight - Develop and approve transformation plans and milestone plans with accountable leaders.
• Operating Model Stewardship - Define, monitor, and report on internal operating models and governance outcomes.
• External Ecosystem Assessment - Assess external delivery capacity with partners while ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Talent, Capability & Executive Communications - Produce leadership narratives and executive briefings for senior leaders.
• Governance, Advisory & Oversight - Provide guidance on Steering Committees and portfolio governance.
