Spotlight AR, LLC seeks a Program Manager to drive end-to-end client event execution and coordinate multi-channel programs across cross-functional practice areas, including Analyst Relations, Influencer Relations, Customer Engagement, and AI-driven Influence strategies.

The role focuses on building operational foundations, managing high-stakes live and virtual events, and maintaining rigorous performance tracking to deliver clear client impact reports.

Qualifications

• Proven background in program management, event operations, account services, or marketing operations within fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating high-stakes executive briefing sessions and large-scale events is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of events and multi-channel programs for Spotlight clients.
• Coordinate briefing schedules, logistics, and tracking frameworks across cross-functional teams.
• Manage on-site and remote event execution with precision at major industry events.
• Maintain communication across Spotlight teams, client executives, and external analysts to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Develop and maintain performance reports to demonstrate client impact.
• Document post-program takeaways and refine playbooks for future programs.
• Expand portfolio by taking on broader strategic scope and multi-practice programs.
