Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience in agency, consulting, or enterprise environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end from onboarding to renewal.
• Drive program strategy and engagement planning with client leadership.
• Manage the full cadence of client interactions to prevent delays.
• Communicate with executive-level client contacts clearly and confidently.
• Identify urgent opportunities and act quickly with sound judgment.
• Track and report program performance with data-driven narratives.
