Job summary

MathWorks is seeking a strategic, highly organized Event Program Manager to lead a portfolio of marquee internal events, strengthening employee engagement and culture. You will drive end-to-end planning from strategy to post-event evaluation, partnering with Leadership, HR, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, KPI-driven measurement, budget stewardship, and leveraging AI to improve planning efficiency in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree and 6+ years professional experience, or a master''s degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience leading large-scale corporate events or multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of major internal corporate events from strategy and planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Own a portfolio of internal events, including Sales Kickoff, the Anniversary Program, Summer Outing, and other high-impact employee events.
• Partner with leadership, HR, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations to align goals and ensure successful delivery.
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance processes to keep complex programs on track.
• Define and track KPIs; measure outcomes and use data to inform decisions.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and on-site logistics; coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Apply AI and emerging tools to streamline planning and improve efficiency.
