Job summary

Stand Together is seeking an Events Strategy Program Manager to build and lead the program-management capability behind a portfolio of high-impact, in-person experiences. You will translate strategy into an operating model that enables senior leaders and cross-functional teams to make sound decisions and move complex work from concept through evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs and complex events.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
• Strong data literacy and ability to define measures and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for in-person experiences from intake to debrief.
• Manage intake/approval flows and steering committees for events.
• Coordinate year-round calendar and resolve scheduling/resource conflicts.
• Track status and maintain visibility across all programs; ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate post-event debriefs and 3- to 12-month look-backs with owners.
