Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking an Events Strategy Program Manager to build and lead the program-management capability behind a growing portfolio of high-impact, in-person experiences. This role translates strategy into an operating model that enables senior leaders to make decisions and move complex work from concept through evaluation.

You will own the operating model, manage intake and approvals, coordinate steering committees, and maintain a calendar cadence to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proven track record delivering events or donor/partner experiences.
