• 1 year experience as Catering, Event or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage small, medium and large-scale meetings; coordinate with Client Meeting Planner and other departments.
• Prepare event documentation and ensure consistent, high-level service across pre-, during, and post-event phases.
• Support Event Planners & Coordinators; coordinate with local vendors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date communication with all departments and reflect changes in event orders.
