Job summary

Citi is seeking an Execution Manager to drive delivery of conferences, webcasts, and investor events by coordinating with Corporate Access, Sales, and Banking teams. The role emphasizes meticulous execution, stakeholder management, and adherence to Citi governance standards.

The candidate will work with internal teams to target investors and optimize event outcomes while maintaining a seamless client experience across Citi's private capital access initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 1-on-1 and group meetings; manage agenda planning and invitation tracking.
• Understand Citi systems and working practices to meet objectives.
• Develop and execute investor targeting strategies with Citi teams.
• Collaborate with multiple Citi groups to optimize complex events and engage investors.
• Ensure governance and control by coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Finance.
