You will collaborate with Corporate Access, Research, Equity Sales, Trading and Banking to ensure seamless event execution, client engagement and risk-aware decision making. The role emphasizes governance, quality and the Citi reputation across global markets.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years relevant experience
• Proven ability to deal with most problems independently and demonstrated experience solving complex problems
• Ability to integrate in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas in a comprehensive manner
• Self-starter with an acumen to think and solve problems independently
• Commitment to quality and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Corporate Access team to deliver conferences and other events such as Webcasts, non-deal roadshows and roundtables including scheduling, agenda planning and invitation tracking
• Understand Citi systems and ways of working to effectively execute against objectives
• Work with sales, IB, ECM and other teams to develop and execute investor targeting strategies for corporates
• Collaborate with broader areas of Citi to maximize collaboration for complex events and coordinate with stakeholders with access to investors across banking
• Proactively identify solutions to problems and elevate issues as appropriate
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Audit and Finance to follow governance and control infrastructure
• Promote a culture of responsible finance, governance and ethics
• Assess risk/reward of transactions with consideration for the firm’s reputation
• Adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and supervision plans for Global Markets and Securities Services
• Follow all policies and procedures and maintain required registrations/licenses
