Job summary

Citi’s Private Company Access team sits within Global Access Strategies, connecting institutional clients with private corporates and event-driven opportunities. You will coordinate conferences, webcasts, roundtables and non-deal roadshows, tailoring outreach and agendas to drive engagement across Citi's ecosystem of Research, Equity Sales and Banking teams.

You will work closely with multiple Citi groups to refine targeting strategies, navigate governance frameworks, and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 1-5 years previous relevant experience.
• Proven ability to deal with most problems independently and demonstrated experience solving complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to integrate in-depth specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 and group meeting scheduling; agenda planning; invitation tracking and sending.
• Understand Citi systems and ways of working to effectively execute objectives.
• Develop and execute investor targeting strategies for corporates with sales, IB, ECM and other teams.
• Collaborate with broader Citi groups to maximise cross-team coordination on complex events.
• Follow governance and control infrastructure with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance.
