Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Senior Director, Event Technology (Sr DET I) to lead sales and operations across locations, driving revenue, profitability, and world-class service. You will cultivate relationships with venue leadership, promote collaboration, and mentor teams to achieve performance goals while ensuring quality and accountability.

This role reports to regional Venues leadership and manages multi-million dollar revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 7+ years of operations supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills and experience.
• Strong financial acumen and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and provide outstanding service.
• Service high profile/visibility events and act as escalation point.
• Identify new opportunities for revenue streams and partner with leadership.
• Review location P&L and develop action plans to address deficiencies and grow the business.
• Ensure timely billing and coordination with regional leadership.
