Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, nightlife, or experiential venues.
• Proven ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining quality and urgency.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales or proactive lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to inbound event leads across channels.
• Qualify leads and guide clients through options, pricing, and timelines.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle: proposals, contracts, deposits, confirmations.
