Job summary

Puttery The Colony seeks a Director of Event Sales to drive revenue in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will own the pipeline, generate opportunities, and close deals for corporate events, social gatherings, and large-scale buyouts.

Leverage a strong local network, maintain client relationships, and represent Puttery in the community. Expect a high-energy, results-driven environment with significant earning potential through commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, business development, outside sales, venue sales, or a related revenue-generating role.
• Demonstrated success developing new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward defined revenue goals.
• Ability to build business outside the four walls through networking, community involvement, client visits, and market outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active book of business across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Pursue new corporate, social, community, hospitality, and event opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, visits, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build relationships with local companies, planners, HR teams, hotels, and partners.
• Maintain pipeline and track metrics to exceed goals.
