Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager in Park City, UT. The role sells and services events, negotiates contracts, and coordinates with hotel teams to ensure flawless delivery and guest satisfaction.

The EMM reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates across departments to maximize revenue and meet plan objectives. Strong communication, leadership, and hotel-sales experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hotel sales & catering and rooms experience in hospitality.
• Proven track record of providing quality service.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit new and maintain existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders and coordinate with F&B and events teams.
• Participate in daily sales stand-up and meetings; collaborate with Revenue Manager and DOSM.
• Develop knowledge of market trends and competition; apply yield management strategies.
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and ensure high-quality event execution.
