ITA Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Event Registration Manager to oversee the attendee journey, data management, housing, and financial reconciliation, ensuring a smooth registration experience for client programs.

The role partners with the Event Manager to manage registration vendors, badge printing, mobile apps, and hotel rooming connections, delivering accurate financial reporting and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years’ work experience in a related field, customer service or retail industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with Project Management Software, Visio and CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant experiences across the attendee journey, housing and registration.
• Provide clients with critical reporting including revenue reconciliation.
• Manage registration vendors, data platforms, badge printing and mobile apps.
• Liaise with hotel reservations/rooming agents and suppliers.
