The Cigna Group is seeking an Event Program Manager / Meeting Lead to drive large-scale, high-visibility events from concept to post-event evaluation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver experiences that exceed stakeholder expectations in a highly matrixed global organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in corporate event management and executive-facing experience, with strong governance, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in corporate event management, program management, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility events and executive meetings.
• Strong project management disciplines: planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, governance, cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of events and programs, virtual and in-person.
• Develop and manage project plans with workstreams, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Drive enterprise and executive events from concept through completion with cross-functional coordination.
• Support strategy for flagship enterprise events and CEO Office partnerships.
• Establish governance structures and plan meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Measure event effectiveness and provide actionable insights for future events.
