Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in events, experiential marketing, or content-driven programs.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using project and event management platforms such as Microsoft 365, Airtable, RainFocus, or Cvent.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams and key milestones.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks proactively.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze post-event results and provide recommendations for future improvements.
