Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.
• Solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls.
• Advise clients on facilities and services for groups/events.
• Negotiate contracts per company standards.
• Record bookings and maintain client communications.
