Job summary

On Location is seeking a senior project manager to coordinate multifaceted combat-related hospitality and VIP experiences. You will act as a central hub, align internal and partner teams, and drive project health, timelines and deliverables across time zones.

The role emphasizes client-facing coordination, reporting, and growth initiatives from concept through completion. Required are experience in event operations and project management, strong communication, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Event or Project Management.
• Proven experience in event operations, project management and tools.
• Strong problem solving and communication are essential.
• Forward thinking with strong planning skills across time zones.
• Ability to distil complex projects and lead teams to completion.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Smartsheet and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate deadlines, milestones and deliverables.
• Measure project health and summarize progress against milestones.
• Identify risks and escalate to leadership to protect schedules.
• Serve as a client-facing team member coordinating meetings and reports.
• Prepare status reports by gathering and analysing information.
• Maintain communication plans and manage change requests.
• Support strategic growth initiatives within the Combat team.
• Build and train project management systems and tools.
• Drive alignment across teams and improve processes.
• Establish operational accountability and share best practices.
