Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Event or Project Management.
• Proven experience in event operations, event product building, project management & project management tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan across time zones and manage multi-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and evaluating project deadlines, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitoring project health and summarizing progress by milestones.
• Identifying risks requiring escalation to leadership.
• Coordinating meetings, reporting, and deliverables with partners and internal teams.
• Preparing status reports by gathering and summarizing information.
• Establishing and maintaining project communication plans and executing them.
• Facilitating change requests and aligning teams on impacts.
• Serving as a central hub of information and supporting the team.
