Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, with ownership of large-scale programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong budget, vendor, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as events require.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person conferences, executive forums, and ICE events.
• Develop timelines, run-of-show, and production schedules for seamless delivery.
• Serve as on-site lead, managing vendors and real-time problem resolution.
• Oversee virtual/hybrid event planning, platform strategy, speaker management, attendee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and post-event docs.
• Lead stakeholder alignment of goals, messaging, and programming with marketing objectives.
• Oversee registrations, attendee communications, and VIP logistics from invitation to follow-up.
• Deliver post-event analysis and drive continuous improvement through playbooks.
