Qualifications

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for in-person conferences and forums.
• Support virtual event planning including platform setup and speaker coordination.
• Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
• Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, and on-site support.
