Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead end-to-end planning for a portfolio of conferences, executive forums, and ICE events across the U.S. You will own strategy, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery.

You will manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through post-event analysis. Some travel, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of corporate event management experience.
• Ability to manage multi-workstream projects from strategy to execution.
• Strong budget and vendor management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person conferences, executive forums, and ICE events.
• Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
• Manage on-site production, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
• Oversee virtual and hybrid events, platform strategy, speaker management, attendee experience.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and post-event follow-up.
• Deliver post-event analysis and continuous improvement playbooks.
