You will leverage Navan's travel and event technology to scale operations, partner with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 10% for onsite execution.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, vendor relations, and delivering measurable client satisfaction while contributing to revenue goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of end-to-end event management experience.
• Strong project management skills in high-volume environments.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite events.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan, and execute 8–12 client events simultaneously.
• Educate clients on best practices and cost-effective event design.
• Manage event budgets to protect margins and support revenue goals.
• Utilize Navan’s platform daily to provide UX feedback to Product/Engineering teams.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues and suppliers.
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive account retention and repeat business.
• Act as a strategic advisor with cross-functional collaboration to scale the team’s impact.
