Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning all DSG-led events with cost planning and staffing.
• Become an expert on event space configurations and setups.
• Ensure events stay within budget and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Create Run of Show, Event Recaps, Emergency Information cards, and Rental Agreements.
• Oversee event experience and guide athletes to participate safely.
• Manage reservations scheduling and field event needs.
• Coordinate event entertainment and keep venues clean and maintained.
