Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Events & Experiences in Jacksonville to lead the strategy and execution of our owned event portfolio, including roundtables, advisory boards, conferences, and webinars.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align programs with audiences and priorities, while delivering premium, white-glove experiences for executives across in-person and virtual formats. A small team reports to this role, with travel up to 50-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in event marketing, experiential programs, or event operations, with leadership experience.
• Experience managing owned events and executive-level experiences, incl. in-person and virtual formats.
• Ability to design and deliver high‑touch, premium experiences for senior audiences.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and leadership teams; strong stakeholder management.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional and global teams; ability to translate priorities into programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; manage multiple complex programs.
• Understanding of how events drive engagement, pipeline, and retention.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel and support non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of D&B’s owned event portfolio, including roundtables, advisory boards, conferences, and webinars.
• Translate event strategy into scalable, repeatable programs to drive engagement and insights.
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align programs with key audiences and priorities.
• Own design and delivery of internal and executive events, incl. Sales Kickoffs and Executive Meetings.
• Maintain premium, white-glove experiences reflecting brand and executive storytelling.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, communications, and People teams on messaging and outcomes.
• Manage a small, high-performing team and drive accountability and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end execution: agenda, content, design, vendors, logistics, and budget.
• Define and track success metrics across programs.
