Job summary

BDO in the United States seeks a Project Manager to oversee technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and post-transaction integration for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate across client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality align with contract requirements.

This role supports proposal activities, client communications, project reporting, and standard project management practices within Industry Specialty

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• 3+ years managing technology implementations or ERP/workstreams required.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors required.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders required.
• ERP implementation support experience and government contracting familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology implementations and ERP workstreams from planning through closeout.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, resource and communication plans.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Incorporate government contracting requirements into planning and reporting.
• Establish meeting schedules, reporting, escalation, and decision-tracking.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and subcontractor costs; track progress.
• Support proposal development and project mobilization activities.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards for client reporting.
• Mentor project coordinators and junior staff.
