Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government contractor and commercial clients. You will coordinate activities across client stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, while monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality to meet client objectives.

The role requires strong project management practice, government contracting knowledge, and the ability to support proposal

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience.
• Three or more years managing technology implementations or ERP projects.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and vendors.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Two or more years supporting ERP implementation activities (preferred).
• Experience with government contracting, client reporting, and contract delivery (preferred).
• Experience with proposal development or project mobilization (preferred).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or government contracting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage technology implementations and ERP workstreams from planning through closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans.
• Coordinate activities across clients, government agencies, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Incorporate government contracting requirements into planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Establish meeting schedules, reporting routines, and escalation procedures.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, subcontractor costs, and forecasts.
• Prepare client status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and project mobilization.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
