Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a non-profit Tribal health organization serving Alaska Native and American Indian communities. This Program Manager role oversees ongoing administration of programs that advance ANTHC’s mission, including planning, budgeting, grant coordination and staff guidance.

We seek a candidate with experience in public health education principles, program development and deliverable-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline relevant to program scope.
• Progressively responsible professional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement ANTHC programs aligned with mission and vision.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
• Budget planning and monitoring for program cost centers.
• Coordinate grant applications, budgets and contractual agreements.
• Prepare internal and external reports and communicate progress to leadership.
• Provide leadership, guidance and development for assigned staff.
