Job summary
MCA Connect is a leading US-based Microsoft solution partner seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to drive enterprise software pursuits in Dynamics 365 ERP and analytics. You will lead strategic account plans, identify core customers, and map MCA Connect solutions to business needs to win multi-million deals.
You will partner with Microsoft and industry allies, forecast rigorously, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and strong customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years in ERP software and services sales.
- Proven over-quota track record.
- Strong ability to network and close large enterprise pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Attain sales/bookings quota by expanding MCA Connect's footprint within the Dynamics 365 ERP and Business Analytics space.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying core customers and mapping MCA Connect's benefits to business requirements.
- Forecast accurately, manage time/work-flow, and align with account/business plans.
- Create detailed sales/marketing plans and sales forecasts.
- Build relationships with executives and partners like Microsoft; present value propositions to C-level prospects.
- Turn leads into pursuits and close pursuits; collaborate with internal subject matter experts.
