Job summary

MCA Connect, established in 2002, is a leading US-based Microsoft Partner delivering consulting for ERP, analytics, and digital transformation. This role focuses on executive-level strategy, industry best practices, and client value creation across manufacturing and distribution sectors.

The position requires deep leadership, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to travel up to 80% to work with clients on enterprise-wide transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with enterprise solutions.
• Experience with strategic business transformation or manufacturing and ERP in multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in MCA sales cycle, prepare statements of work and define project plans.
• Facilitate executive sessions to shape cross-functional strategic plans.
• Document current and future state processes and value streams for clients.
• Develop quantitative models to project ROI and value creation.
• Present deliverables to senior executives and guide change management plans.
