Job summary

Crest Operations seeks an experienced ERM Program Manager in Pineville, LA to own and mature the enterprise risk program. You will coordinate risk owners, craft executive materials, and drive governance while building processes and dashboards in collaboration with business units.

The role requires a strong background in ERM, governance, and data analytics, with proven ability to deliver clear, concise risk insights to leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in enterprise risk management or related field.
• Experience owning or managing an ERM program with executive deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, registers, and indicators.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crest’s ERM program and risk-liaison communications.
• Govern the enterprise risk register with updates and escalations.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials, dashboards, and risk profiles.
• Track mitigation plans, owners, and due dates across units.
• Develop ERM tools, templates, and training resources.
• Maintain Power BI inputs and support dashboards.
