Responsibilities

• Oversee all equity transactions and act as primary employee contact for equity questions.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Support Finance team with stock-based compensation reporting.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform

Stock plan administration experience

Strong understanding of equity vehicles and related tax implications

Proficiency in Excel

Analytical and reporting skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation

Education

CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification or progress towards
