Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE.
• Oversee and process equity transactions including grants and terminations.
• Act as the primary contact for employee questions regarding equity awards.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support Finance team with stock-based compensation reporting.
• Liaise with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform

Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP)

Proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical/reporting skills

Education

CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress toward CEP certification
