Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC project execution from inception to closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery. The role provides daily field oversight and coordinates designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while maintaining open client communication.

You will drive project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and billing, while identifying new business opportunities and representing the company with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive EPC project experience.
• Proven experience managing all EPC phases—engineering, procurement, construction with strong financial, schedule, and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead crossfunctional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management tools, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA 30).
• Travel 30% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• DAY-TO-DAY PROJECT OPERATIONS: lead field execution safely and productively.
• Review, forecast, and schedule manpower needs and communicate timely.
• Coordinate designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams as central point.
• Lead weekly project coordination meetings to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Ensure timely billing to maximize earned value and cash flow.
