Our client is an EPC company seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a team of CMs and engineers on industrial projects in Oil & Gas and Chemicals. You will drive execution, budget adherence, and client satisfaction while mentoring staff and coordinating with executive leadership.

The role emphasizes preconstruction involvement, risk management, and strong safety and quality leadership across multiple sites in a portfolio-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; equivalent field experience considered.
• Minimum 12 years of industrial construction experience with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading field supervision teams.
• Deep familiarity with EPC delivery and self-perform construction.
• Strong command of cost management, schedule control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of CMs and construction engineers.
• Set expectations for project execution standards, cost management, and client interface.
• Monitor cost, schedule, progress, and productivity across projects.
• Review change orders, cost analyses, and project reports.
• Participate in FEL planning, bid development, and preconstruction activities.
• Develop and maintain owner relationships and communicate with executives.
• Promote safety culture and ensure quality standards.
