• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in large-scale Substation EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Business Management to support strategic growth opportunities and long-term customer development.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project execution and delivery matters.
