The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management, 15+ years of experience, and proven EPC execution,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years delivering large power/industrial projects.
- Proven success executing EPC contracts.
- Knowledge of power plant systems.
- Mastery of contract/commercial management.
- Strong command of project controls and scheduling.
- Executive‑level communication.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of large power plant EPC projects.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover activities.
- Manage client, partners and supply chain stakeholders; ensure governance and execution plans.
