Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Director, Large Capital EPC, to lead delivery across a strategic customer portfolio.

You will be the senior executive responsible for project performance, customer satisfaction, and growth, partnering with customer leadership and internal teams to drive execution excellence. You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management to meet business objectives, while traveling domestically up to 30% and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale Substation EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven leadership of complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Business Management to support strategic growth opportunities and long-term customer development.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project execution and delivery matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team.
• Ensure effective risk identification, mitigation, and governance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver business objectives.
