Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering or construction management).
• Knowledge of steam turbines, natural gas boilers, and heavy industrial plants.
• 10+ years overseeing delivery of major projects valued above $500M.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety culture and building safe working environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution and delivery of major EPC projects (> $500M) with financial targets.
• Directs cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, supply chain, quality, and controls.
• Establishes and governs project execution strategy including schedule, cost, risk, and commercial management.
• Manages high-level customer relationships and serves as executive contact for escalations and negotiations.
