Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead EPC procurement across MasTec Power Delivery East and Central Regions. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage subcontractors, and drive material planning to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and collaboration with legal, finance, and operations to maximize value and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required in business, accounting, finance, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing complex categories, suppliers and contracts.
• Ability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EPC procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and execution plans.
• Lead procurement planning activities to support project schedules and critical path requirements.
• Establish sourcing strategies for subcontractors, engineered equipment, bulk materials, rental equipment, and professional services.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, RFQs, RFPs, and subcontractor bid processes.
• Develop and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, and construction subcontracts.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, safety, and compliance.
• Manage contract administration, including change orders, claims mitigation, and closeout.
• Provide guidance to Category Analysts and Material Planners; collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance.
