Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking an EPC Project Procurement Manager, Supply Chain, MC to support our EPC project teams remotely in the United States. You will identify and prequalify suppliers, lead bids, negotiate terms, and drive supplier performance while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and CPSM certification, with at least 5 years in construction supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting EPC or EPCM projects with TIC exceeding $100 million.
• Advanced negotiation skills with high level of expertise in PO/ Subcontract review and writing.
• Forward thinker with adaptability and strong analytical skills to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for project-specific requirements.
• Lead competitive bid processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Manage procurement lifecycle: PO/subcontract issuance and terms review within EPC/Commercial markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet client requirements and schedules.
• Ensure SAP and Supply Chain processes compliance.
• Lead proposal efforts: supply chain estimate, plan, sourcing, negotiations, and supplier quality verification.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across Supply Chain.
