The Environmental Market Leader at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. will shape and grow the Environmental practice across public and private sectors, guiding strategic initiatives and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, driving business development, managing profitability, and delivering high-quality environmental services such as permitting, ecological services, remediation, and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Experience in a leadership role such as Market Leader, Practice Leader, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the division’s strategic vision.
• Position the division to pursue and win larger, more complex environmental and programmatic work.
• Lead client development efforts across key markets (energy, DOTs, government, private clients).
• Serve as a senior relationship manager for key accounts and secure new work.
• Drive contract backlog and revenue growth for the division.
